Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Remium London, you’ll be the driving force behind data-driven decision-making. Your role includes providing strategic recommendations to colleagues and management, as well as executing technical marketing tasks. Using tools like Google Analytics, you will analyze and optimize the customer journey, email funnels, and website performance. Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or IT from a recognized UK university
  
• Experience with technical marketing (website management, Google Analytics, etc.)
  
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  
• Availability for 24 to 40 hours per week
  
• A full UK driving license is preferred

Customer Service Specialist

We’re seeking dedicated customer service professionals ready to take on more responsibility. At Remium London, you will quickly become a key player in a young, dynamic team. Your role will focus on delivering top customer satisfaction by handling incoming calls and emails in English and potentially other languages. You will resolve complaints and coordinate returns alongside our logistics partners.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized UK business school or equivalent
  
• Availability for 16 to 24 hours per week
  
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required
  
• Excellent oral and written command of English
