At Remium London, we cover the shipping costs so you can enjoy free delivery.* All orders are shipped with tracking, allowing you to follow your package via our order status page. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Home Delivery Refused or Unclaimed at Post Office

If your parcel is refused at delivery or not collected from the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct €15 from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
