At Remium London, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with the items you’ve received, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Below are the details of our return, refund, and exchange policy.
1. Returns of Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@remiumlondon.com. We’ll guide you through the return process.
To speed up approval, customers must provide photos of the item(s) upon request. This helps us verify the issue and offer a quick resolution.
2. Returns Due to Dissatisfaction
If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return the items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Items must be in the original packaging
- Items must be resalable
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved, you may be eligible for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs). Please note:
- We cannot refund or exchange items that have been used, opened, or are not in original condition.
- If the return is due to incorrect, damaged, or defective items, photos must be submitted upon request for the refund to be approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within up to 5 business days after inspection.

- After approval, securely package the items.
- Clearly label the package with “Return”.
- Use a trackable and insured shipping service to return the item.
Step 4: Send Shipping Confirmation
- Email your tracking information to info@remiumlondon.com.
5. Return Address
To ensure proper handling of your return, please contact us to request the correct return address. This step helps us manage returns efficiently and provide better support.
6. Return Terms and Conditions
- All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including customs or duties, to our warehouse in Asia.
- All returns must be sent using a traceable and insured service.
- If required photos are not submitted, the refund may be delayed or denied.
- We cannot process returns without prior approval of the return form.
7. Simple 3-Step Return Process
- Request the Return Form
Provide your order number, email address, and reason for return. Attach photos if related to damage or defects. - Return the Item
Ship the item with the approved return form to the return address provided. Use a tracked and insured shipping service. - Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, and verify any submitted photos, your refund will be processed within five business days.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Order Cancellation
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided they are in original condition. The cancellation period begins the day you (or a third party designated by you, not the carrier) receive the last item of your order.

Please note:
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed and shipped.
- If your order has already shipped, cancellation can only be processed after you receive and return the items.
- All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
