How can I pay in the online shop?
We offer several convenient payment methods. Remium London accepts the following:

How do I pay with a credit card?
You can pay using international credit cards such as VISA, American Express, and MasterCard. Simply enter your card number, the exact name on the card, expiration date, and the 3-digit CVC code on the payment page. All information is fully encrypted via SSL and protected against unauthorized access. Your card will only be charged once your order has been delivered.
How do I pay with PayPal?
Select PayPal as your payment method and log in to your PayPal account to complete payment. With PayPal, your financial data stays protected, and you don’t need to enter your card details directly on our site.

Ordering
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, every completed order is confirmed by email with an order confirmation.
What can I do if I have payment issues?
If payment cannot be completed even after adding products to your cart and creating an account, try clearing your browser’s cache and history. Then add the products again and try the payment process once more.
Can I cancel an order?
You may cancel your order by emailing info@remium-london.com before 5:00 PM on the day the order was placed. Include your name, order number, and order date. If the order is already being processed, cancellation is only possible by returning the package after delivery.
Service & Warranty
If you find a defect that was not visible at the time of purchase, please report it within a reasonable time after discovery. If Remium London determines the defect is not due to normal wear, misuse, or lack of maintenance, we will repair or replace the product within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that failure to follow Remium London’s instructions, misuse, lack of maintenance, or product modifications void the right to repair, replacement, or compensation.
Damage to glass, straps, crowns/stems, and batteries is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty but does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
